Inspired by Brigid, Celtic goddess of the hearth, healing and sacred flame, this crystal-infused reed diffuser is more than a beautiful home fragrance—it's a connection to an ancient pilgrimage.

As founders of House of Bridie, we travelled in Brigid's footsteps to respectfully collect sacred well water from St Brigid's Well in Kildare, Ireland, and The White Well in Glastonbury, England. These sacred waters are lovingly incorporated into every diffuser, honouring centuries of tradition, healing and spiritual renewal.

Our Brigid's Hearth Blend combines uplifting sweet orange, grounding cedarwood and rich myrrh to create a fragrance that evokes the comforting warmth of a glowing hearth. Bright citrus brings freshness and optimism, cedarwood adds a calming woodland depth, while myrrh offers a rich, resinous finish inspired by ancient rituals.

Each diffuser is infused with Clear Quartz and Amethyst crystals, chosen to complement the intention behind the fragrance. Clear Quartz is traditionally associated with clarity and positive energy, while Amethyst has long been linked with calm, balance and spiritual wellbeing.

The Pilgrimage Story

At House of Bridie, every fragrance begins with a journey.

Inspired by the enduring legacy of Brigid, we made our own pilgrimage to two sacred places deeply connected with her story: St Brigid's Well in Kildare, Ireland, and The White Well in Glastonbury, England.

With great respect for these ancient sites, we collected water from each well, bringing home a small part of their history to become part of every Sacred Flame Reed Diffuser and every complimentary Rose Goddess Altar Essence.

Each diffuser is also infused with Clear Quartz and Amethyst crystals, while every Rose Goddess Altar Essence combines Rose Water, sacred healing well waters, and natural crystals, creating a meaningful ritual that honours Brigid's traditions of healing, peace and renewal.

For generations, pilgrims have travelled to these wells seeking healing, hope and renewal. By including these sacred waters within our creations, we hope to bring that same sense of peace, blessing and connection into your home.

How to use

Remove the stopper from the diffuser bottle and insert the reeds.

Allow 24–48 hours for the fragrance to fully travel through the reeds.

Turn the reeds every one to two weeks to refresh the scent.

Use fewer reeds for a lighter fragrance or all of them for a stronger scent throw.

Use the complimentary Rose Goddess Altar Essence whenever you wish to refresh your sacred space, altar or personal ritual, or simply enjoy its beautiful aroma throughout the day.

For the best performance, position your diffuser away from direct sunlight, radiators and strong draughts.
