Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface in a quiet, peaceful place.

Kindle Your Candle

Care & safety

Every House of Bridie candle is lovingly handcrafted from 100% pure beeswax using a natural wooden wick. With a little care, your candle will burn beautifully and safely, allowing you to fully enjoy your sacred ritual.

Candle Care

Before each burn, trim the wooden wick to approximately 5mm to encourage a clean, steady flame.

Allow the wax to melt across the surface during the first burn to help promote an even burn throughout the life of your candle.
For best results, burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time.
Keep the wax free from matches, wick trimmings and other debris.

Once your candle has finished burning, carefully remove and treasure the crystals as keepsakes for your altar or sacred space.

Safety Information

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
Burn in a well-ventilated area, away from draughts, fans and open windows.

Do not move the candle while the wax is hot or the flame is lit.
Extinguish the flame if it becomes too high or begins to smoke, allow the candle to cool, trim the wick and relight.
Stop burning when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.

The glass vessel may become hot during use. Allow it to cool completely before handling.
