The Pilgrimage Story

Every House of Bridie Ritual Chest begins not in a workshop, but on a pilgrimage.

Our journey led us to the ancient sacred places forever connected with Goddess & Saint Brigid—travelling to Kildare, Ireland, where her Eternal Flame continues to burn at Solas Bhríde and pilgrims still gather at her Holy Wells, and to the White Spring in Glastonbury, where healing waters have flowed for centuries beneath the Tor & her sacred cross sits at the top of the entrance gate.

At these sacred places, we quietly collected water with the deepest respect, carrying it home to become part of our handcrafted Rose Goddess Altar Essence and Aura Mist Ritual Spray. These waters are the heart of every Ritual Chest, creating a tangible connection to the landscapes that have inspired pilgrims for generations.

Care & safety

The House of Bridie Ritual Chest has been created as a devotional altar collection and is intended for spiritual and decorative use.

Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, draughts and flammable materials. Allow the candle to cool completely before moving it, and trim the wooden wick if required before relighting. The Eternal Flame taper candle should always be placed in a suitable candle holder while in use.

The Rose Goddess Altar Essence, Aura Mist Ritual Spray and House of Bridie™ Ritual Oil are intended for altar and ritual use. They are not cosmetics and should not be applied to the skin, eyes or lips, consumed, or used as a substitute for perfume or skincare products. Avoid contact with polished or delicate surfaces and keep all liquids out of reach of children and pets.

The reed diffuser contains fragrance oils. Do not ingest the liquid, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and place the diffuser on a protected, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources and open flames. Wash hands after handling the reeds.
