Brigid's Eternal Flame is lit from the Eternal Flame at Solas Bhríde in Kildare, while the accompanying Sacred Flame Altar Essence contains Sacred Waters gathered from the Holy Wells of Kildare together with the White Spring and Chalice Well in Glastonbury.

One Sacred Flame Ritual Candle

Hand-poured in Guernsey using organic beeswax, organic cold-pressed coconut oil and pure sweet orange, cedarwood and myrrh essential oils, finished with a natural wooden crackling wick, a citrine heart and natural carnelian crystals.

One Sacred Flame Altar Essence

Prepared with Sacred Waters collected from the Holy Wells of Kildare, the White Spring and Chalice Well in Glastonbury, together with rose water, clear quartz crystal chips, carnelian crystal chips, cosmetic-grade gold mica and a preservative.

Brigid's Eternal Flame

A blessed taper candle lit from the Eternal Flame at Solas Bhríde in Kildare, to be used to light your ritual candle and retained for future House of Bridie rituals.

Begin your ritual by lighting Brigid's Eternal Flame.

Use the blessed flame to light your Sacred Flame Ritual Candle, then gently extinguish the taper so it may be kept and used to light future House of Bridie candles.

Place a few drops of the Sacred Flame Altar Essence into a small ritual bowl, upon your altar or in another appropriate place within your sacred space as part of your personal practice.

As the candle burns, take time for meditation, prayer, journalling or quiet reflection, allowing the warm aroma of sweet orange, cedarwood and myrrh to create an atmosphere of grounding, comfort and intention.

When your ritual is complete, the citrine heart and carnelian crystals may be retained as lasting keepsakes within your altar or sacred space.

Allow your candle to cure for 7–14 days before first lighting for the best fragrance experience.

Trim the wooden wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn.

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.

Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

The crystals are intended as decorative keepsakes. If they become loose during use, carefully remove them before continuing to burn.

Once the candle has been enjoyed, the crystals may be retained as keepsakes for your altar or sacred space.
